The staff was SO friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean. I enjoyed coffee in the courtyard outside the leisure facility. It was such a sun trap. The bed was clean and fresh.
The food in the restaurant was VERY poor! The meat was dry. The focaccia was awful. My room also had a flickering light.

the location was convenient for my needs. the gardens were well maintained.
the room felt quite dated. the bathroom fixtures were old and the shower pressure was very weak. breakfast was disappointing with limited options and the hot food was not very warm.
