I found the staff helpful. They went out of their way to was great. i was impressed with the check-in process. It was quick and easy. the hotel receptionist recommended a nearby ncp carpark when the hotel carpark was full. This was fairly convenient. the breakfast provided many choices, including gluten-free options.

the sliding door for the bathroom and wardrobe presented a minor inconvenience when someone was in the bathroom and another person wanted to access the wardrobe.

the staff was friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. all my requests were attended to promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. rebecca, the manager, provided really good customer service, going the extra mile to assist with medical needs.

The hotel's location provided perfect access to my planned activities and destinations. a nearby ncp carpark was recommended due to the hotel car park being full. This option proved fairly convenient and secure. the shopping street was located within a short walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean (I stayed in a Queen Room). The lobby offered a modern and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast buffet featured many choices and fresh ingredients.

expensive fee outdated charger

The car park fee felt quite steep at £15 for 24 hours. also, the electric car charging point seemed outdated, not offering a fast charge. my electric car needed more power for the return journey, but ten hours connected weren't enough. breakfast lacked variety, especially egg options. Scrambled eggs were too wet, and there were no fried or boiled alternatives, a disappointment.

The breakfast had a good selection.

My key card failed multiple times. It was quite annoying, requiring staff assistance to access my room each time. The staff did not seem particularly concerned or apologetic about the inconvenience. I found this lack of proactivity frustrating.

the check in was quick and easy. everything was ready, and our room cards were in individual envelopes (quite convenient after traveling). the location is good, within easy walking distance to the city centre and tram stops. breakfast was good, and there was a great selection of foods.

the air conditioning in the room was not functioning. it made the room very hot. i found that there was no refrigerator in the room.

the room had a really large window. i loved the fast and free wifi i was able to use . the staff responded quickly when i needed help with something. i also found parking was easy.

the gym was a bit small and only had a limited selection of equipment.
