The room was a good size and quiet. the breakfast had a good choice. I was really surprised by the offerings. i also appreciated the customer service during check-in and check-out (it made a difference). the bar being open in the evening was a plus.

i had trouble phoning the hotel before my visit to book parking. i sent multiple emails and got no reply. upon arrival, they hadn't booked parking, but there was a car park right next to the hotel.

breakfast offered a variety of options including cooked breakfast, cereals, muffins, and smoothies. the staff catered to vegetarians, cooking fresh sausages (which was a nice touch). the breakfast service began promptly at 7:00 am.

outdated bathroomtired corridors

The room i had needed a refresh. the bathroom was outdated, and i noticed only one bedside table provided. the main carpets in certain areas looked dirty and should be replaced. They also needed a good vacuuming. the corridors looked tired and in need of redecoration. This all gave the space a feeling of being uncared for.
