The entrance lobby is beautiful. Many rooms overlook it. I found the breakfast selection extensive with numerous vegetarian options. The gym has many pieces of equipment available and is open 24 hours.

There was no complimentary hot chocolate in my room.

I found the hotel very quiet at night. It helped me rest well. the lobby gave a luxurious first impression, and i felt safe throughout my stay. parking was straightforward and the wi-fi worked perfectly, made things smooth.

Jem at the front desk greeted me with warmth. He made check-in effortless. Nikita in the Executive Lounge welcomed me with a smile. She arranged an early breakfast for my partner during Ramadan, a thoughtful gesture.
