The bar service was slow. There was only one person serving when the hotel was very busy. The room I was upgraded to was disappointing. It was quite dusty.

the grounds were beautiful i noticed elegant decorations inside. the tea cups and plates had a beautiful design i loved the classical music. the menu was nicely presented i found many different teas to choose from.
the room was quite small the lighting was not good
