The staff was very attentive. Dave, the concierge, shared details about the building's history. The Truffles suite was fine and overlooked the courtyard. It was well-equipped. I really appreciated the drinks served poolside and the convenient access to the manor grounds.
The spa facilities, I discovered, required improvements. The sauna was dirty and the furniture around the pool looked worn.
