efficient check-incomfortable beddistant parking

the check-in was super efficient and friendly, even though i arrived in the early hours! they offered a late check-out, so i could rest and not rush. the staff were helpful beyond words! the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable.

the discounted parking was quite a walk away in a dark area. i didn't feel safe walking alone late at night. it would be great to have closer, safer parking options.

the breakfast offered a large selection. it seemed adequate.

stopping to unload luggage proved quite a challenge. i had to search for alternate parking and carry my bags some distance. Hardly ideal with travel companions.

I had a very pleasant stay. the breakfast service was quick and very nice. i found the reception staff to be excellent. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful. the location is also convenient for the city center.

the shower pressure could be stronger, especially on the upper floors.
