awesome visit!
amazing staffespresso martinichicken caesar saladgreat soundproofing
the staff were amazing! they helped me with dinner after a long day, that was exactly what i needed. i had an espresso martini before dinner. a chicken caesar salad. the wedding happening didn't bother me because the soundproofing was great!!! the room was nice, and i slept really well!
the bed felt a little springy, but it wasn't too bad.

the hotel is pretty close to the heart of england conference and events centre. it is super convenient for anyone attending events there! the grounds are well kept and easy to navigate.

lovely stay near nec
comfortable bedconvenient locationnice restaurantquiet room
the room was spacious it had a very comfortable bed. the location was convenient near the nec. the pub restaurant had a nice outdoor area. i closed the windows and did not hear any noise from the beer garden nearby.
the tv in the room was quite small

the staff at the front desk were friendly. they were helpful . the night porter was also very helpful he assisted with issues efficiently and courteously.

the food was excellent at both the evening meal and breakfast. breakfast had very generous portions for the price. the bar food was good quality with reasonable prices available. the restaurant was very nice.
