the leisure club was a highlight the facilities allowed me a moment of serene peace. every staff member greeted me with a warm smile i so appreciated our conversations. i am planning my return very soon for another stay
i noticed a small detail the bathroom was a little dated it could benefit from a refresh but this did not significantly affect my stay

the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. i appreciated the availability of parking at £10 per day. the inclusion of a swimming pool was a definite plus, offering a way to unwind. my room also had both a bath and a shower, convenient.
the breakfast offerings were disappointing, as some items like sausages tasted bland. (this was a bit of a letdown)

The front desk was very helpful. Elaine was friendly when we asked to swap our room for a quieter location. She checked on us within five minutes to see if we were okay with the second room.
The rooms were very dark. The whole hotel seemed badly lit. Even in daytime it seemed like night.
