The location was great. I arrived at the airport and needed a spot nearby. I found some good shops and a Tesco Petrol station nearby. The room was good and it featured a great shower!
The room seemed like it had not been updated recently. The musty carpet and peeling wallpaper. The furniture seemed like it was from a garage sale. It was dusty, with grime in the bathroom! A weird smell was present too.

i appreciated the efficient and friendly service from jack at reception. the young man at the front desk seemed very knowledgeable about the hotel. the bar and restaurant food was AMAZING!!! i also found the complimentary car park to be very useful.
the wi-fi signal was somewhat weak in my room.

The room was recently refurbished to a high specification. I found the reception staff to be cute. They were also quite helpful. The sports bar has a good menu and a comfortable atmosphere.
The fire alarm went off randomly for about 10 seconds at 5 am.

The bed and pillows were acceptable. The room was clean enough.
The walls upstairs showed crumbling paint and there was mould, i reported the almost non-functional toilet. the decor needs updating. The whole place feels run down. i felt disappointed by this.
