The staff attitude impressed me. They seemed like a well-oiled TEAM. the grounds were also very pretty and quiet. I found lots of parking available. the breakfast was LOVELY.
the room did get very hot at night. and it affected my sleep.

Wonderful Dog-Friendly Hotel

This hotel is dog friendly. The hotel provided a goodie bag of treats for my dog. I appreciated the paddock next to the riding stables, a secure area for dog exercise. The hotel is close to the motorway. It was very easy to find.
I found the lack of a fridge in the room inconvenient. I learned fridges need to be requested ahead of time. There was no ice machine to be found and no soap in the bathroom, disappointing.

The event i attended was well-organized, the team accommodated unexpected guests easily. the barman, jake, showed good listening skills. I thought that was beneficial. i liked the location and found it easy to locate using satnav. That was convenient.
one staff member at the front desk wasn't very cute, it. the air conditioning in my room wasn't effective, and it got quite hot during the night.

I attended a wedding. The indoor venue had dirty ceilings. This was quite gross. A weird metal ramp ruined the whole view. Breakfast was below average. I think the chef was not paid enough to care much.

the hotel grounds presented a beautiful quiet setting. the room featured a fantastic power shower, which i appreciated. a tasty breakfast was included and there was plenty of parking available.
