the staff were friendly and professional the moment i arrived i liked how helpful they were throughout my stay my room was clean and spacious i found the bed very comfortable i slept soundly breakfast was a highlight with fresh ingredients and attentive service i recommend including it.

i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bar area it had a 'fusty' smell.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. they accommodated all our requests. we particularly appreciated the ease with which they managed our needs. We had a table at a normal height, a feature so often overlooked, complete with a white table cloth! the wine recommendation from nathan was superb. We even bought a bottle.

i found the lack of vegan options at the restaurant disappointing, especially considering the room rate.

The staff, especially Nathan, was very helpful, recommending the perfect wines for my five-course meal. I am now a proud owner of their Rosé.

vibration noise uncomfortable seats

The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was good, especially the french onion soup.

The room had some sort of heating duct with a very pronounced vibration noise. the balcony didn't look clean, and the seats were uncomfortable metal wire without cushions. the aircon didn't work. The room was very warm.

the room was very clean. i found friendly and helpful staff members. my room was excellent.. i was greeted warmly upon arrival at reception.

the room cost was high. a wedding was happening. the balcony overlooked a busy, noisy area due to the wedding, so i did not use it. a very loud disco played all evening beneath our room.
