the pool and spa facilities exceeded my expectations. the cleanliness in the room was a positive aspect. the bed proved comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

the shower in my room was broken throughout my stay. i received an offer to use a different room for showering, but this arrangement felt inconvenient. the main corridors looked dated with a poor use of space (i found that surprising).

The spa visit was disappointing. Robes felt scratchy. Slippers were too thin for wet floors, posing a slip hazard. The pool area showed mold around the pool and jacuzzi, needing maintenance.
