the room was clean, that was good. the bed was comfortable enough to get some sleep.
The breakfast was a disaster. There werent enough tables. people stood around waiting, food in hand. ended up taking my breakfast to the room and eating at the small desk.

The location was very convenient (i drove there easily). the staff was helpful. Every person was ready to assist with a smile. i found the breakfast to be extensive, with a wide variety of options. my room was a good size, and the massive bed was very comfortable.
The lighting in the room could be improved. It felt a little gloomy.

The staff were genuinely friendly. I appreciated how clean the room was. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, a detail i value during my travels. tia and andrew on the late shift were particularly helpful, their kindness making my stay more special.

The staff was really helpful. Check-in flowed seamlessly. a lovely welcome package awaited our dog with chews, poo bags, and a ball. i appreciated that the room layout was nice, the bed was comfy, and the space suited us and our dog.
The room lighting was very dim. brighter lights would help a lot. the room felt cold even with the heating on. The sensor was broken. i found the noise levels from the corridor disturbing.
