a good stay
convenient location helpful staff extensive breakfast comfortable bed
The location was very convenient (i drove there easily). the staff was helpful. Every person was ready to assist with a smile. i found the breakfast to be extensive, with a wide variety of options. my room was a good size, and the massive bed was very comfortable.
The lighting in the room could be improved. It felt a little gloomy.
Dining

the breakfast area was well-kept, and the staff worked hard to keep all items topped up (even during busy times). i noticed a wide selection of options, from cereals to hot items. i enjoyed my meal each morning.

seamless check-in welcome package comfy bed dim lighting broken sensor disturbing noise
The staff was really helpful. Check-in flowed seamlessly. a lovely welcome package awaited our dog with chews, poo bags, and a ball. i appreciated that the room layout was nice, the bed was comfy, and the space suited us and our dog.
The room lighting was very dim. brighter lights would help a lot. the room felt cold even with the heating on. The sensor was broken. i found the noise levels from the corridor disturbing.
