The hotel felt a bit dated. Carpets had SOME stains. The mattresses were awful! I didn't complain because I arrived late, but the bed quality ensured a poor night.

the room was clean and well equipped the breakfast was good and varied staff even brought over a bowl of water for my pup. the beds was really nice and comfy.

there was no welcome book in the room such information is useful to have about the area room service and things to see and do.

the staff was warm and cute i appreciated the attentiveness i received from the team the room was also very clean and well maintained the location was quiet i had restful nights.

i noticed the air conditioning in the gym was not working this made exercising quite uncomfortable particularly during warmer hours hopefully it will be fixed soon

the breakfast service was extensive and well-stocked the selection included both hot and cold options i saw fresh pastries and a variety of fruits available each morning and the dining area was kept clean. the staff ensured all guests found seating and were quick to assist with any requests and the environment felt very relaxing.

the grounds included well-kept gardens ideal for a relaxed walk i found a peaceful atmosphere in the area surrounding the hotel and the surroundings were calm. i saw that the hotel has ample parking and easily accessible roadways.

The night staff, Lucas and Yakobo, were very nice. My wife and I experienced unbearable heat one night, despite a fan. I called reception, and they immediately brought another fan to our room. This quick assistance made the night much more pleasant for us.

I notice the lack of air conditioning was problematic during warmer periods but a fan did mitigate it to some extent.

The gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes and weight machines, therefore, guest has access to a proper workout. The pool area offers loungers and shaded spots, so guests are comfortable. There is parking available .
