the staff was helpful with directions to local amenities which was acceptable

the room felt quite outdated with worn furniture the walls had noticeable scuffs and marks it looked like maintenance was lacking also the noise from neighboring rooms was disturbing i could clearly hear conversations and movements late at night impacting my sleep quality

The room felt quite dated. the noise was also a problem. I could hear everything from other rooms. the toilet flushing was especially loud, and it disturbed my sleep. i also noticed that there was no bath mat in the bathroom. There was only a small sticker saying they were available from reception, but it was too late to ask by the time i realized.

breakfast was good enough and staff were kind, i cannot complain about that.

the room was too loud, every sound came through the walls. i seemed like i could hear the people next door breathing. it made it very difficult to sleep and i left feeling very tired.
