Underwhelming Stay at a High Price

unresponsive stafflimited service
The service left a lot to be desired, frankly. I called reception to ask about room service and the person answering had NO IDEA what room service was! I also visited the bar and waited 30 minutes for someone to take my order, even though staff were just standing around. This lack of attentiveness is unacceptable, especially considering the prices charged.
