helpful staff good entertainment lovely view convenient access
i found the staff very helpful . the entertainment was quite good. i also liked the lovely view i had from my balcony. lift access to all floors provided extra convenience.
the water pressure in the shower seemed slightly weak.

the staff provided helpful service upon my arrival i found convenient on-site parking was a great benefit the location was quite close to both the town centre and the beach i found this very convenient. the bed in my room was very comfortable.

The buffet style breakfast was good. It offered plenty of choices and availability. The car park was massive. This provided ample space for all guests.
The furniture in the bar was old and dirty. It looked to be in a terrible state. There were too many stains on the walls. Grouting was dirty in the bathroom.

small shower temperature risk
the breakfast had a good selection and quality of food i guess.
the housekeeping wasn't great, because we had issues upon arrival with the room, and it wasn't rectified , even reporting it more than once. the walk in shower was small and the temperature changed frequently, when it became very hot. no hand towels were in the room when we got there.

the breakfast was excellent. i think it have the best selection. there is lots of parking, so i did not worried about my car. the location is also good.
the room was very dirty. the windows, nets, and carpet was not clean. the double bed was just two single divans put together, and there is a gap in the middle.
