Fantastic Stay with Really good Service

Check-in was quick and efficient, the receptionist was helpful! The room featured a wonderful balcony and terrace, offering a lovely space. Room service arrived promptly and proved to be a great value. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious. Check-out was equally smooth and efficient.
The furniture in the room looked a little bit worn.

The staff members were all very friendly and provided helpful service. One receptionist offered a very cheery welcome, a great first impression. The breakfast waitress Maggie offered really good service to us. Reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and kind.

I thought that there was an excellent selection on the dinner menu. It's good to see a move away from burgers to more interesting dishes. Breakfast was plentiful and the food was AMAZING!!! The hotel has a great atmosphere.

Staff was so kind and helpful. It was my daughter's birthday, and the team decorated our family room with a banner and balloons. The sandy beach was in walking distance, and the views were amazing. The breakfast menu was good too.
i found that the carpets were old and grubby in the halls. The floor in the Double Room was also uneven. I had noise coming from the restaurant air ducts when i opened the windows at night. i Found the tap in the bathroom loose too.

the breakfast was lovely, and i liked having the hot food freshly cooked instead of a hot buffet.
my room faced the street, and there was a lot of noise from a door downstairs that kept slamming. the bed was also too high and the furniture felt cheap and wobbly. i was disappointed to have to argue about the accessibility options with the receptionist.

mixed feelings about my stay
constant noisesmall beds
my room faced the street , and the noise from a slamming door downstairs was constant , even late into the night. the twin beds in the room were surprisingly small , especially for adults , that was a letdown. on friday night , a disruptive , intoxicated guest caused a lot of commotion , and it took a while for hotel staff to handle the situation , i noticed no extractor fan in the bathroom either.

I encountered some issues . the furniture looked quite worn. it really needs some refurbishment. additionally i found a strong smell of sewerage in the corridor just outside the ground floor rooms. It was rather unpleasant

The check-in process was not smooth. i arrived after a long drive, but finding parking was a nightmare. the receptionist did not offer any helpful suggestions or assistance. the room itself was very cold. I really struggled to get warm, and there was no working internet in the room either, frustrating after paying so much.
