i stayed in a nice room. it had a walk-in shower, just what i needed. tea and coffee were there too, with a good selection. breakfast was a buffet and i found it great.
my room was in a separate block near the carpark. the room felt very small to me. the window wasn't able to open.

the hotel location allows easy access to town with only a short ten minute walk. the setting features lovley views of the river, which adds to the hotel's charm. the meadows are next to the hotel, and provide a place for easy walks.

the staff were all great . katie especially made sure we had everything we needed. she popped back and forth, and she made sure we had plenty of tea, and that we were happy with our tea.

i enjoyed the location that features a meadow and the river stour! it is just a perfect place to walk. the food was good value. the bar and restaurant were cosy! you could sense the history!
as regular visitors, i was so disappointed with our stay. the room was small and hot. it was on the top of the old building on the 3rd floor, it was completely unsuitable.

The room was clean and spacious! i found bedding very comfortable. housekeeping offered excellent service. The room and en-suite were very clean. the views of the meadow from the room are good.

the hotel has character! it is nicely situated with countryside views. the layout was a little unusual though meals were well organised! staff were always alert and helpful even though the hotel was very busy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. All staff i met were amazing. they were full of smiles and welcomed me. dee working in the hotel kindly came out to help me. she were pretty good her duties that day and really helped me out!
