Refined stay in a historical building

roll top bathcomplimentary drinksprivate area
The room featured a roll top bath and nice toiletries. I found a selection of complimentary drinks including two cokes, two diet cokes, two Heineken beers, two other beers, two canned wines, and two other flavored canned wines. An espresso machine was provided in the suite. The outside private area provided a nice vibe.
The receptionist did not initially provide information regarding WiFi or breakfast. I had to ask for the information the next morning.

The shower and bath in the bedroom were huge. The location is ideal because it is a quick walk into town, maybe five minutes. The bed was comfy and large. I found the breakfast to be superb.
I noticed some uneven floors in the corridors.

i am really annoyed. i wanted a quiet room, but i heard noise from other rooms all the time. it sounded like people were moving furniture all night, and i couldn't sleep properly. also, the furniture look old like it's from a stone age.

the only radiator was in the bathroom this meant the bedroom remained cold it made it difficult to fall asleep i also noted only one dressing gown was available even though the room was booked for two people though my stay was two nights, biscuits and chocolates were not replenished.

Average stay with A FEW issues

helpful staffbroken air conditioning
The staff were mostly helpful .
The room was quite small, and unfortunately , the air conditioning unit barely worked. This made the room very stuffy and difficult to sleep in. I reported the issue , but it wasn't resolved .
