the mill room east was spacious. i slept soundly in my double room mill room east. i found complimentary juice a nice bonus. sloe gin in a decanter was a nice touch.
I found several disappointing aspects. The service at breakfast seemed disorganized. I often needed to seek out staff to place orders and receive service, this was frustrating.

mosquito problemnoisy fan
I found a couple of issues . Mosquitos were quite annoying because the hotel needs to sort out the fencing separating rooms. the lack of air conditioning was a major drawback. I couldn't open the sliding door (because of the mosquitos), and the noisy fan made for a terrible night's sleep. OH dear (what a disaster!).
the location was lovely and very peaceful. the staff was so kind and polite. i enjoyed the sloe gin in my room, and the real milk for tea was a special touch. the bathroom had all the amenities i needed, so i did not miss anything.
i found a few steps, and they were a bit difficult. it was not easy to navigate due to my mobility issues.
