friendly staff upgraded room convenient location cold floor building work cramped gym
This beautiful place had such friendly staff. my room was upgraded to a superior king room. it was beautiful! the location was convenient too. i could easily walk to many lovely spots.
the floor in my room felt a little cold. it was hard wood. there was also some building work across the road. it started early. the noise disturbed my peace. the gym felt cramped. it could use more space.

Underwhelming stay
dirty floors limited selection
The location was acceptable and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
I was disappointed with breakfast. The floors in the restaurant looked dirty, and the tables needed replacing. The buffet selection was limited (i saw the saddest fruit salad).

The breakfast was beautifully cooked. and a good variety was available
The senior fellows room WASN'T bigger than the fellows room. it was miscategorized as a premium room. The hotel didn't reduce the nightly charge.
