My room was very comfortable and clean (I liked the decor). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was superb. I especially enjoyed the Jacob's ladder dish. The location was ideal for visiting family nearby.
The shower had a slightly weak water flow.

The room included fluffy towels and face cloths. Toiletries were also available. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were replenished daily . The bed was very comfortable. I had a good night's sleep.

The staff were helpful. I experienced good customer service. The food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast and the service was excellent! The Blue Anchor's crowning glory definitely is its staff, so cheerful and helpful. They anticipated every need!
