astonishing lobbytechnical negligence

the lobby is astonishing and the breakfast had a large variety.

the fire alarm woke us at 4:00 am and an announcement was made stating it was a system malfunction. guests suffered panic and disruption in the middle of the night because of technical negligence. the bare minimum expected was an apology the next morning, but we did not receive anything.

The room was spacious. it featured a comfortable bed that gave me rest. the housekeeping staff kept everything super clean. They always ensured our room was clean. i liked the diverse breakfast buffet, it had many choices.

The pillows were too soft for my taste. they sank in too much. the fitness center felt overcrowded. It seemed very popular. accessing the outdoor pool required extra payment, and that surprised me.
