wonderful stay!

i found the staff helpful, arranged taxi services and attraction tickets right at the reception. breakfast was good, particularly the addition of prosecco! the location proved convenient. the setting felt beautiful with a river view from the balcony, the room was so spacious!

the absence of an internal door lock felt a little inconvenient, requiring the key for both inside and outside locking.

The location was very good. It was a short walk to the main attractions. The breakfast had great choices. The staff was helpful.

The room lacked a mini fridge, this was inconvenient. My room had no air conditioning, it made the room warm. The shower was quite small.

beautiful view friendly staff excellent breakfast good location

the room had a beautiful view and it was big the staff were all super friendly and really helpful i was impressed by their attention to detail i would come again. the room was clean and it was enough space for 3 people. the breakfast included very nice bread it was excellent. the staff were cute and helpful it was a good location on the riverfront.

the parking is a walk across the river so if you have luggage you will want to unload it at the hotel on the side of the street before parking. access by car is not easy due to pedestrian only streets. this necessitated doing a u turn to get back out of there.

I found a few things lacking. the room was quite warm. The ceiling fan struggled to cool it sufficiently. opening the doors at night helped somewhat, but this introduced noise. also, the breakfast selection felt limited. I would have welcomed more variety.

Excellent stay with a river view

great location clean hotel friendly staff proper bed

The location is excellent, right on the water and close to both bridges and restaurants. the hotel was very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. breakfast was good. I particularly enjoyed the view of pilatus from my room window. the triple room included a proper bed for everyone and the hotel breakfast was great.

the room was a little warm , but opening the doors helped with the breeze.

tired room insufficient ceiling fan

The room was very hot. The ceiling fan was not enough. the second night, i kept the doors open, but it was a bit loud. the room was also tired and needed some touch-ups.
