superb experience at riverfront gem

central location friendly staff coffee machine breakfast bacon

i felt warmly welcomed. the hotel offered a central location. the staff was friendly. i also enjoyed the convenient coffee machine in my room. breakfasts bacon was the best.

Nice River View Experience

coffee pods ice maker attentive staff

The room included a Nespresso machine with stocked coffee pods , and I used it each evening. I found the hallway ice maker and water available 24 hours a day very convenient. The staff at reception was attentive and friendly.

Mediocre Stay with Some Issues

street traffic noise problem

The location was quite convenient.

The room I received, a Double Room City View, had a TERRIBLE problem with noise. I could hear street traffic all night. It made sleeping almost impossible. I had to keep the windows shut, made the room stuffy.
