the location was acceptable and near the train station.
the shower gel container was empty upon arrival. it took a call to resolve at midnight (a saturday night!). a small box of chocolates was provided as compensation, but i expected more from the breakfast regarding the freshness and quality of the foods.

the location was superb near the main train station. the staff were really lovely and super helpful. i also found the breakfast to be very good!!!
the shower was older, and water splashed onto the floor. the tv system seemed a bit outdated to me. the air conditioning wasn't the best i've experienced.

The room design was modern with relaxing beige tones (a definite plus). i especially appreciated the indirect lighting options. They helped set the mood perfectly. the bedding was comfortable, contributing to restful nights. friendly and helpful staff were always available to assist with any needs.

Staff members were very hospitable and friendly. The lobby security officer, sri, offered assistance and friendly conversation. they were always willing to help with requests. I felt very welcomed upon my arrival after a long flight.

The buffet breakfast had nice options. It included generous portions of appenzeller and local rahmkäse from luzern. coffee was available in the room (a nice touch!). however, i would have liked to see more fresh vegetables and fruits.
