balanced experience near the station

excellent location room cleanliness tea mugs faulty slot sloping wall shower temperature

the location proved excellent. it was very close to the station entrance. i found my room good and very clean. clean kettle, big white tea mugs with tea/coffee and hot chocolate and milk were available.

needed entrycard to get electric to work, not uncommon, but slot faulty so power kept going off in room. the wall mirror was fixed on a sloping wall, good for looking at feet. the shower had hot water for only one minute, then it became freezing cold.

great location friendly staff

this hotel is very close to the train station, and the city center is easily accessible. the staff was friendly (i really appreciated their hospitality). i have already made a reservation to return next year. breakfast was good.

The noise level was noticeable. I heard doors banging, and early morning truck deliveries began around 6 a.m. (i should have brought earplugs). the windows seemed thin.

The staff were friendly and cute. My room was clean. The shower worked well. I enjoyed the tea and coffee provided in the room (a nice touch!).

I found the location very convenient, especially because it is next to the station. This made my travel easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with carrying my luggage up the stairs. My room was super clean, and the continental breakfast provided was more than adequate. The bathroom was large and modern. It had a good shower.

The stairs were a bit challenging, as there is no elevator. Carrying luggage up three flights was not ideal.

i found the location very central staff members were also attentive. it was clean and within easy walking distance of many places. continental breakfast was both excellent and fresh i enjoyed it very much.

The location was really convenient as it was right across from the station. The staff members were very friendly and helpful too! The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

My room was on a high floor. Climbing all those stairs with luggage WAS exhausting! The noise from the street could be heard at night. The carpet needed a good wash.
