The staff were consistently warm and cute. they seemed genuinely invested in ensuring i had what i needed. the on-site restaurant was amazing.. i particularly enjoyed the ease of stepping out of my room and into a good dining atmosphere. i found it nice to have a bath in my room. It was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day.

The cleanliness wasn't quite up to par. i noticed some areas needing more attention, like skirting boards. i didn't get free wi-fi. also, the tv remote was missing from my room. I had to call down to reception to request for one.
