the staff was friendly and helpful, they answer any questions i have. my room, a standard double room via della croce 15, was super clean. the breakfast in the cafe nearby included pastries and coffee, what a nice touch.

the tv had only italian channels, disappointing. the walls seemed thin because i could hear doors closing on other floors. also, the fridge buzzed loudly and make it difficult to sleep good.

the location was central a short walk to many attractions. i appreciated the availability of snacks especially with an early departure. these small touches. the staff stored our luggage upon our early arrival and notified us promptly when our room became available.

the absence of baby facilities at the reception was an oversight. there was no welcome drink or complimentary water bottle provided. the city tax of 30 euros was charged without prior notice i found this lack of transparency inconvenient.

The location was excellent. The spanish steps are very close. my room featured great ac during hot weather. i appreciated the efficient staff and whatsapp communication. also, the cleanliness was great.

the room i had was in a separate building, a short walk from the main reception. this minor inconvenience is something to note.
