the breakfast was the best i had in italy.. the people working at the hotel were all very kind. every room opens onto a charming courtyard. the room was clean and a good size.

the mattress was not very comfortable. it made my sleep difficult. it was in a convenient location though..

the front desk staff was perfect, particularly emanuele and adriano. every staff member i talked to was gracious and helpful. the staff is friendly in every interaction with a warm welcome.

uncomfortable mattressrude attendant

the mattress wasnt comfortable at all. i tossed and turned all night. also, the overnight desk attendant was very rude when i asked about changing my transport after my flight got delayed. it reminded me of i was being blamed for the delay, and i found this upsetting,

the staff made delicious bruschetta for me one evening. they were always cheerful! the hotel is a quiet oasis. the breakfasts included meats, eggs, yogurts, fresh fruit, croissants, breads. endless cappuccinos.

the overnight desk attendant was very rude when i asked to change our transport because our flight got delayed.

the staff was friendly and helpful. armando at reception gave us a useful map upon arrival. a recommendation for a fantastic lunch spot. breakfast on the terrace under the orange trees was gorgeous!!! i enjoyed the great selection of foods too.

the overnight desk attendant wasn't very friendly. the mattress wasn't very comfortable.

The hotel's location was really good. It was close to many attractions. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The taxi to the airport arrived promptly because staff had called it.
