The breakfast selection was plentiful with many options. The hotel provided robes and slippers in the spacious rooms. I found the bus stop a short walk away. I made use of the skip room clean option and received a 10 Euro voucher..

The indoor pool was unfortunately closed. There was no prior notification.

The hotel was super clean. i found the staff to be courteous and helpful . the breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of choices, accommodating different dietary needs. i also enjoyed the dinner buffet. The quality of the food was really good for a buffet.

The location is a bit outside the city center, so transportation needs careful planning. the shuttle service helps somewhat.

My room was large and spacious with a huge bed. the air conditioning worked effectively. This ensured a comfortable environment. i also liked the bathroom, large and well-appointed.

The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay! i want to recognize mateo in the restaurant and omar at the reception desk. they provided really good service. The attentiveness of the staff greatly contributed to a pleasant experience.

The hotel offers free garage parking, convenient for me. skipping room cleaning allows guests to receive a 15 euro voucher. this voucher can be used for the shuttle downtown or at the bar. I found that very useful.

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The dinner buffet featured global cuisine options and a large dessert selection. The shuttle service to the airport, the Vatican, and the Colosseum was very convenient. (a real benefit!)

The noise was horrible. I was prepared to wake up early. A utility car used for cleaning the rooms started roaming through the hallways at 7:30. It was super annoying and difficult to sleep in later. (a real problem!)
