poor service cold pizza
the location was great and allowed easy access to many sites.
the rooftop restaurant's service was poor. i waited 30 minutes before anyone took my drink order.. the food did not meet expectations either. my pizza was cold, and my friend's pasta carbonara was subpar.

modern amenities best breakfast mechanical noise bad ventilation
the rooms they gave were big with modern stuff. the breakfast, it was the best i ever have at a hotel. the staff were super friendly, and the hotel let guests book at the hot restaurant across from us.
i found a room thats noisy. it was on the second floor. late at night, a mechanical noise was always there. it. the room did not have good air, so after the toilet, the room felt uncomfortable.

central location friendly staff modern amenities
the hotel's central location made exploring so easy. the staff were super friendly they really were really nice. the modern amenities in the room added a special touch i totally loved it!
the in-room coffee machine was a tad temperamental it needed a few tries to get it working.

The location is central. It is near Piazza Navona. Breakfast included a nice selection and a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. I enjoyed the location and size of my room. The staff were very helpful.

Fantastic Location and Accommodating Staff

great location helpful staff super clean room powerful shower
The location was unbeatable for seeing the sites. Piazza Navona is just around the corner, and I walked to the Pantheon easily (it is about 5 minutes). The staff went out of their way to help me, even after I checked out, to recover a lost item. The rooms were super clean and decorated with care, I was welcomed with a plate of fruit. The shower had good pressure, and there was a bidet in the bathroom (a nice touch).
The elevator was quite slow, sometimes creating a wait.
