The staff was friendly. I liked they offered sparkling water refill for free. the breakfast was good. The location is convenient.

the impersonal non person to person interaction i am sure if you have been to a citizen hotel before then the procedures would be fairly easy to negotiate, but i hadn't!

The hotel features a modern, high-tech design. I especially liked using the ipad to control the room settings. a common area provides space for remote work. i found the ironing room quite convenient. the rooftop deck offered a nice escape, and the bar provided a good selection of beverages.

the room lacked sufficient storage space, especially in the bathroom, and there was nowhere to hang towels
