the location was convenient for public transport links to many historical sites.
The room felt quite dated. the bathroom was particularly disappointing. The shower was small and the flooring made loud sounds whenever i moved around. breakfast options were also rather limited, and did not seem like quality food.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. they upgraded my room for free, a lovely surprise! the hotel's overall presentation was amazing. the location is fantastic. It's easy to find and central to everything.
the wifi was a bit spotty . it worked perfectly in the morning, but then it would cut out around midday. this was a minor inconvenience, but it affected my ability to work remotely.

the hotel is near the main train station, only about a 10-minute walk!!! you can easily access the airport and walk to all the tourist attractions. it's convenient to use the metro for places like vatican city.

The rooms were clean and serviced daily! my bedroom was comfortable. I had a huge bed, a television, a fridge, and a safe. i had plenty of pillows, and the room was always very tidy.

The rooftop bar area is beautiful!!! i really enjoyed having breakfast and cocktails there. the rooftop provides fantastic views of the city, which are just lovely. It added so much to my stay.

Adequate stay, some issues noticed

The location proved convenient. It was quite near the metro station and a reasonable walk to many sights. Housekeeping services were good. Our room was cleaned each day. Towels were changed regularly. I found this satisfactory.
The double glazing was not effective. Outside traffic noise often disrupted sleep. The bathroom was rather dated to me. I had to climb into a spa bath to use the shower. There were no support handles.

Mixed feelings about the stay

The room looked much older than I expected. It definitely needs an update. The bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower head was loose and barely sprayed any water. The air conditioning barely worked, so the room felt stuffy at night and made sleeping difficult. These issues affected the overall comfort of my stay SO much.
