the location rocks! it's near the train station, and plenty eats are close. the staff are super great and quick to help with taxis. i'm so glad i found this spot!

i found the location fantastic it is just a short walk to many tourist spots staff were so friendly and helpful every day began perfectly with a wonderful breakfast included i also appreciated access to water and snacks throughout the day

i noticed the signage outside could be a bit more visible as the hotel entrance wasn't immediately obvious

the location was superb, very close to termini station. i appreciated the free coffee, water, and pastries that were available all day. the breakfast offered many options and was quite tasty!
