The breakfast was good and the staff WERE friendly.
The room i received was small. It felt cramped. I booked months IN advance FOR my birthday, yet the hotel put me in this tiny room. the air conditioner barely worked, A HUGE disappointment. There was NO acknowledgment of my birthday either. The experience felt impersonal.

Excellent Stay near Piazza Navona

I found the location convenient. I walked to most major attractions without needing public transport. The breakfast provided a good selection of items (especially the croissants). I had a very positive experience with the staff. They were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The room size was a little smaller than I anticipated.

The hotel is situated within a short walk of both Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Its proximity to several cafes and shops made it very easy to find places for meals or to purchase necessities. It was ideal.

i appreciated the central location, near piazza navona and the pantheon. the building had a charming aesthetic. the rooms were modern, very clean and i found the staff friendly and helpful .
i did notice some noise from the street below the room. the double glazing helped but did not completely eliminate the sound.
