the receptionists anna, roberta, and the rest of the team were cute. they went out of their way to ensure i had everything i needed. the housekeeping staff were equally attentive.

The sound insulation is extremelly low. I could hear the neighbours when they spoke louder.

the staff assisted with luggage storage. breakfast included pastries and fruit. the air conditioning worked effectively. i found the shower provided consistent, strong water flow (a real plus after a day out).

it required multiple trips to transport all our luggage during check-in.
