private party key card
the included breakfast offered a decent range of options, and i found something i could eat.
The rooftop bar being closed for a private party was a real letdown. I had specifically looked forward to it. finding out only upon arrival, with no prior notice, felt inconsiderate. also, the key card stopped working twice . Having to get it reset was a definite inconvenience and a waste of my time.

The hotel has excellent proximity to major attractions. I walked to the Colosseum easily. Breakfast included various options. The rooftop bar provided good evening entertainment.
The gym is rather small.

The hotel location IS central to many sites. I WAS impressed by Maddalena of the staff. The hotel IS near major attractions.
The rooftop bar WAS used for private functions . I WAS ushered around a corner. I WAS not, a letdown.

great location modern amenities amazing staff inconsistent receptionist dark room unavailable pillows
the location was excellent it was close to main monuments. the room was gorgeous and clean it also had modern amenities. the staff were amazing and friendly they also were very helpful.
the receptionist wasn't always friendly i found this inconsistent. the room faced another building it felt quite dark. feather pillows were not available this was disappointing.

central location friendly staff good breakfast easy access
the hotel is close to major sights and termini station. it is easy to walk to many attractions. the staff members were friendly. the breakfast provided a good selection of items.
my room faced another building, so it was dark. the bathroom lacked privacy because there was no door for the shower area.

the hotel is near termini station and is connected by buses. tourist attractions and shops are nearby! a taxi stand is across the street. it is easy to get ubers from this location.
