The room i got was smaller than i expected. the pictures online looked much more spacious than what i experienced. also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable. It made it difficult to relax fully after a long day of sightseeing.

the elevator was quite small, and sometimes i had to wait a little while to use it.

The staff were very helpful. luggage storage was available. That was very useful for me! the location was amazing and within a 30-minute walk to most major sites (which was perfect for sightseeing). i even received assistance with a surprise i had planned (a bouquet of flowers!)

the mattresses were not comfortable. it was like sleeping on a marble slab, and i tossed and turned. memory foam could improve the sleep quality.

the rooms were modern and clean. the room included all necessary amenities. i found my room (room 208!) fabulous and would stay there again anytime (it felt very spacious).

the staff were amazing and very kind. several staff members including stefania, mario, valentin, and mike were especially great. the philippine staff at the breakfast area were also excellent.

a delicious breakfast was provided (especially the coffee!). luggage storage facilities are available and very useful. it's a great benefit for early arrivals or late departures, so i found it useful.

The location was close to many points of interest. the room was very clean and received daily service, a real treat. the staff were attentive to requests. They promptly provided a clothes iron when i asked. I also found the luggage drop off and storing service helpful both before and after check-in.
