Acceptable stay, some issues noted

the location proved convenient with easy access to transportation.
The noise was significant. Street sounds penetrated the windows constantly. the breakfast selection disappointed. Pastries seemed stale and lacked flavor. also, i found a hole in my bedsheets. It was not what i expected from a hotel of this class.

The location was acceptable, directly opposite the metro station. It made travel easy.
The check-in process was AWFUL. The hotel systems seemed outdated. I was like the staff were doing their best, but the slow system really affected my first impression.

the location was really convenient for sightseeing. Manzoni metro station is just across the street. it allowed quick access to many attractions. the breakfast included a good range of options. i found some healthy foods to eat. the staff was helpful when i needed directions.
the room felt quite dated. THE furniture seemed old. the bathroom had a slight odor. it was not very pleasant. housekeeping knocked loudly early in the morning. this woke me up earlier than i wished. also, the air conditioning made strange noises.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was GOOD, with attentive staff serving.
The room WAS dated and had low lighting. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. Water went everywhere. The location was VERY noisy, especially with the trains passing nearby.
