charmed Stay Near Termini
convenient location room upgrade
the hotel's location near Roma Termini was supremely convenient. I easily accessed transportation and nearby attractions. the room upgrade to a double was a SURPRISE, especially with the daily housekeeping services.
the lack of a kettle in the room was a noticeable inconvenience. i missed having the option to make tea or coffee in the room. it required me to go out or call room service, bothersome.

the room included smart bed settings and a smart television. the towels, bathrobe, body cream, shampoo and body wash matched 5-star standards. A shaving kit was an added bonus.

excellent base for exploring
brief walk convenient travel immediate vicinity subway lines
the hotel is just a brief walk to the termini station. i found that i could easily reach many attractions using the underground subway. the proximity to the train and metro lines allowed for convenient travel. restaurants were plentiful in the immediate vicinity, which i greatly appreciated.
the wifi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the room.

the hotel's location offered easy access to transportation hubs. i noted it was close to termini station, enabling quick transfers to various destinations. major tourist attractions were within reasonable travel distance as well.

unreliable wifi nonfunctional air conditioning
the breakfast was acceptable. it offered a standard variety of options.
The wifi was unreliable on the fourth floor. i had to use my phone's data. the tv did not have smart capabilities, and the air conditioning did not work. It made the room too warm, even with the windows open. the noisy streets made sleep difficult without air.

noise disturbance inadequate soundproofing
the location near the train station was convenient.
unfortunately, i experienced significant noise disturbances. trucks unloaded goods at the hotel from midnight until morning. garbage trucks added to the problem every few minutes (it was incessant). my room faced the street and lacked proper soundproofing.

an acceptable stay

The breakfast had quite a few items. the hotel was only a short walk from the station, about five minutes. i had a nice stay overall. The staff were helpful.
The room did not have air conditioning, even though the page said it would. i had to keep the windows open because it was hot. the streets were noisy at all hours. This made it hard to sleep.
