the staff greeted me and my dog warmly they looked after us. the room was tidy and clean it provided a restful night after a long journey.

the staff was very helpful and polite, specially at reception. the rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable, i always sleep well. it was great value for the money, i definitely stay again if i'm in the area.

the sign outside mentioned new management and it looked understaffed, missing some standards. the room was noisy because of the plumbing, it made loud sounds when water was used in our room and the room next to us. i didn't like that.
