Adequate but Problematic Stay
unexpected parking fee ineffective soundproofing
The room was large and had basic amenities for a short stay.
The parking fee was unexpected I had to have a car to get there. The soundproofing was ineffective despite proximity to the motorway service station. Also the television was too small for the room size.

A QUIET stay for an overnight stop
easy access large room
The room was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed, even though the hotel is at a service centre. Service centre eateries are very handy, and there is easy access to the motorway to continue your travels. The room was also quite large and affordable!
I never saw that there would be a £5 parking FEE. You have to have a car to get there, unless you are on a coach or lorry.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious and included all the basics needed for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also quite roomy. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was commendable.
Facilities
8/10
The location includes a service centre with various eateries, convenient. There is easy access to the motorway for onward travel. Parking is available, though it incurs a fee.
Service
10/10
The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. They provided a warm and cute atmosphere. I received prompt assistance when needed, which I appreciated.
Location
9/10
The hotel's location offers excellent access to the motorway, ideal for travelers. Despite being at a service centre, the room was surprisingly quiet. This made it a restful stopover.
