The hotel offered secure parking, which i really appreciated. staff were friendly and super helpful from check-in onwards. my room was clean and tidy, perfect after a long day (i even stayed an extra night!). the indian restaurant being open late was a huge plus. I grabbed a delicious bite without hassle.
the decor seemed a bit old fashioned, but it was a minor detail.

the bedroom had basic but comfortable furnishings and everything was spotlessly clean. i found the shower great with very hot water and good pressure. the bed ensured i had a really good sleep throughout my stay and was very welcome indeed.

The hotel was close to my granddaughter's residence. This made visiting very easy. i found a warm, clean room meeting all basic needs. it provided free parking onsite too. This saved extra expenses.

the staff demonstrated excellent customer service , in particular yasmin, who was very sweet. my room was spotlessly clean, and i found ample storage space. i appreciated the bonus of tea and coffee facilities.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. they gave me some excellent recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. the free parking was a plus, and the location was really convenient. i would definitely stay there again.
my room was a bit basic and shabby. there was no ironing board in my room. the heating seemed to be stuck on, so i had to open the windows.

i found the location great, especially for my commute to work near headingley cricket ground. the staff provided helpful service . the restaurant also offered beautiful food that represented good value (i enjoyed the curry!).
the decor felt a bit dated, though everything was functional. my room, while clean, was quite small with basic furnishings.

The beds are comfortable and very clean. I slept soundly. there is ample free car parking available. accessing grocery stores and eateries is simple. the family room and overall ambiance matched the provided photos. That was a pleasant surprise for me.
The room i had was a bit noisy. I could hear doors slamming at night.
