The airport shuttle service worked really well. It was prompt and convenient! The staff at the front desk were helpful! The family room was spacious. It included full-size single beds, a nice feature for a family. Dinner at the restaurant was a good surprise!

The staff was helpful with all our questions. i especially appreciated their patience and willingness to assist with directions. we also enjoyed the pool. It was refreshing after a long day. the restaurant was great with its delicious offerings.

our rooms were located on different floors (which was inconvenient for our family). the breakfast service seemed understaffed, and it was difficult to find clean cups and plates.

i encountered issues with the room. the air conditioning was not effective, and the room remained too warm. additionally, the noise from nearby traffic was quite noticeable, disrupting sleep. these factors detracted from what would have otherwise been a satisfactory overnight stay.
