Really good stay!

helpful staff immaculate room fun entertainment amazing location

The reception staff were helpful. They swiftly checked me in and offered superb local recommendations. i found the room immaculate and well-equipped with fresh towels daily. the entertainment, including bingo, added a fun element to my evenings. I participated every night! also, the location was amazing with convenient access to local attractions.

the wifi signal was a bit weak in my room.

a mixed bag

sloping passageway faulty toilet

the staff seemed helpful, good.

the room's passageway sloped significantly. the chest of drawers was also tilted, causing drawers to slam shut unexpectedly. i reported the faulty toilet to reception, but it was only fixed the next morning, requiring me to use a kettle to flush it that night.

Fantastic Stay!

The family room was really clean. It had everything my family needed for a short break. The room matched the photos I saw on the website. The receptionist checked us in super fast and even gave my son a present. I also appreciated her recommendations for local spots.

I would have liked complimentary water bottles available in the room.

The room had comfortable beds. It was also quite spacious for our family. The air conditioning worked very well, a great feature during a warm day. The bathroom included fresh towels and toiletries.

The hotel features an entertainment program nightly. The bar prices seemed very reasonable. A bus stop right outside makes travel easy. This is definitely an added bonus for exploring the area. I enjoyed it greatly

easy access friendly staff excellent food convenient travel

the location offers easy access to the beach and the town centre is a short walk away the bus stop outside the hotel allowed convenient travel along the coast i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay the food selection was also excellent with various options available

i noticed some slight noise from traffic outside late into the evening
