The food tasted decent the staff seemed friendly enough I suppose

My room lacked a fridge and only provided one complimentary water bottle for two people. Also a glass shelf detached itself in the middle of the night that sounds like a party I wanted to miss. The toilet refused to flush on the last night and the shower drain clogged which was just the cherry on top.

my room was spacious and well-appointed. it included comfortable seating, a detail many hotels miss , i thought. the hotel provided interesting information about its history and services. i also found a quirky touch in the excellent array of wellington boots available.

room 19 was very hot. a small fan was there , but it wasn't very effective. i found one bottle of complimentary water for two people a bit insufficient.

I found real happiness here. the room was divine, and i especially liked that it was spacious. the ensuite bathroom was just amazing. It had so much attention to detail and comfort.

the mugs in the room feel so large. maybe cups and saucers are easier for people with disabilities.

our room was spacious. it was beautifully presented, and very comfortable from the bed to the curtains. the bathroom was like a wet room, it had wonderful design.
