The room was big. it had plenty of refreshments, nice after a long day. the staff member at reception was friendly. They were very helpful.

noisy bed many stairs

This hotel had stairs, stairs and more stairs. carrying luggage up to the third floor was quite the workout, i didn't sign up for this. the bed wasn't much better. It creaked with every move i made, i reminded me of i was sleeping on a rusty spring. who needs a gym when you have a luggage-lifting stair climb and a noisy bed that keeps you awake all night? i guess i earned my sleep.

My room was a decent size. It felt larger than a standard room. The lady and gentleman present upon my arrival were super helpful! They let us collect our keys early. This was very convenient.

The room was very warm and clean. Its location allowed for a short walk to the Westland Venue. The self check-in was easy to follow with the provided photos. It took pressure off my arrival time.
